At The Little Chihuahua, our goal is to make delicious, healthy, Mexican-inspired food, while at the same time, make choices that help protect our Earth.

The key to our concept is preparing food fresh and in-house, with a conscience. Meats are grilled to order. No lard or trans fats—ever. Our garlic, onions, tomatoes, and tomatillos are charbroiled daily on our grill to capture the best flavors. Even our horchata and aguas frescas are made from scratch. No pre-made mixes here! It is our belief that simple and fresh ingredients taste best.

Sustainability is important. That’s why we use Niman Ranch meats and Petaluma Poultry products. Not only do they taste amazing, they also use sustainable farming, without ever using hormones, antibiotics, or artificial additives. We do our best to buy local and organic ingredients. All of our disposables are biodegradable or recyclable and we encourage our customers to bring back their take-out products to be composted. Even our menus are printed on recycled paper with soy-based inks.

Diners are at the mercy of whatever is served to them—especially with Mexican food. When dining with us, we hope to give you confidence that our choices are good for you as well as good for the Earth.
